Returns:

We take great care to ensure that our products meet the highest standards of quality. If, however, you encounter any issues with your purchase, our Returns and Refunds policy is designed to address your concerns.

  1. Faulty or Damaged Products: In the rare event that a product you receive from The Skandi Selection is faulty, damaged (excluding damage caused by misuse), or wrongly described, we will gladly refund your money, exchange the product, or, if possible, arrange for repair. For some high-value products, we may assess the product for acceptable quality before proceeding with a remedy.

  2. Valid Proof of Purchase: To initiate a return, please provide a valid proof of purchase, such as your original receipt, tax invoice, credit card statement, or your My Skandi Selection account statement.

  3. Change of Mind Returns: We understand that preferences can change. If you have changed your mind about a purchase, we offer refunds or exchanges under the following conditions:

    • The return is made within 90 days of the purchase date.

    • The product is within its use by or best before date.

    • The product is in its original, unopened packaging.

    • The product is not damaged or compromised in quality.

    • Please note that the delivery fee incurred will not be refunded for change of mind returns.
